“Wow! Michael did my home inspection today and he did an amazing job. As soon as i walked in he dropped everything he was doing and took me in to the the kitchen and got started explaining his background and everything he was going to go over during the inspection. During this time i could feel his confidence and overall knowledge he had in home inspections and from that point on i knew i would have no worries because i was in great hands! One if his other first questions was was there anything i seen that really bothered me about the house and that let me know he cared about me and my concerns. He let me follow him through the house explaining details of every aspect of the house during his process. He let me know of any and everything he noticed with ideas and solutions to any issues. He also explained everything that was working fine and how to maintnance certain things to make them last longer or prevent any future issues. He explained everything on a professional level and made sure i understood everything he was telling me. He even used infared to check temperatures and to see things the naked eye can not see. “Last month, we hired Mike to inspect a house we wanted to buy. He spent the first 15 minutes explaining what he was about to do and warned us that he moved quickly throughout the house. Without hyperbole, he moved around the house at a pace between a brisk walk and a run, picking up almost every flaw and issue that he came across. Then he pulled out his drone to inspect the roof (and wore a safety vest). Then he donned waterproof coveralls and inspected our crawlspace without breaking a sweat. In the end, Mike provided us with a 43-page summary of every key detail about the house we wanted to buy. Plus, on two occasions, we called him at night to go over parts of the report. Mike’s superior work and attention to detail gave us sufficient information to proceed with the purchase of the home with a high degree of confidence regarding what repairs needed to be done prior to the sale.
